Meet Lindsey
Asheville Charcuterie Co was established in February 2021, in response to the need for more casual catering options for Asheville and surrounding areas. Our concept of grazing is meant to be fuss-free while surrounded by fresh, delicious and aesthetically pleasing foods! Every item on our boards have been purposefully chosen to accentuate your tasting experience.
Since inception, we have been able to expand our business to be able to include charcuterie workshops, event catering, and private and corporate events. As our business continues to grow, we are incredibly thankful for the out-pouring of local support from our customers and local businesses who keep our small business thriving and busy!
